- 2 / 5By Michael CoronaI placed a catering order for New Year's Eve for a half tray of chicken marsala, half tray of Caesar salad and a party sub. The Caesar salad and party sub were great but the chicken marsala was cold like it was refrigerated. It is completely unacceptable to order an item from the 'Hot trays' section of the menu and then have the item be cold when I pick it up. I couldn't even serve it to my guests without reheating it for an hour, which was embarrassing. It's false advertising to list it as a hot tray and then give me a tray of cold food that I couldn't even serve to my guests as planned. If I wanted cold chicken marsala I would have ordered it from Big Y and paid less. I will not be ordering from the Gaetanos catering menu again.October 04, 2016
